SHIPPING
John Doe merchandise is shipped by a third party from Bellflower, CA. Please allow 1-3 business days for your goods to ship & another week for your package to arrive safely.
RETURN POLICY
Returns are difficult & costly for a small business, so the JD shop tries to provide accurate photos, measurements & details so you can make your best decisions when purchasing. You can always wait & see & purchase most of these items in person at one of his live shows; we're providing this online shop for fans who can't purchase in person.
If you need to make a return, please contact coolrockrecords AT hotmail.com within 7 days of receiving your package. If a satisfactory exchange cannot be made, you can mail back the unwanted/damaged merchandise at your expense & upon receipt we will issue a full refund to your original form of payment. Items must be in their original condition (unwashed, unworn, unused) in order to receive a refund. If a discount code was used, only the discounted amount will be credited. Unfortunately we cannot accept international returns at this time.
We are unable to give full refunds if a package is lost or stolen, or damaged. In the event of a lost or damaged package, we encourage you to reach out to your local post office & we'll do everything we can to help.
